  Cancellations made less than [24 hours] before the scheduled time may be charged in full.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that VoiceFirstAI may send SMS/text messages for: (1) customer support, (2) marketing/promotional messages, and (3) order/appointment updates and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

11.Opting out

12.Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability and your device settings.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOICEFIRST AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.
In no event will our total liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to us for the services in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
